Scopic Research Limited is an independently owned research and consultancy business that specialises in providing financial intermediaries and financial institutions with qualitative based research and analysis on unfettered multi-manager funds and services. Scopic Research Limited is registered in England. Our registered office is: Granville Hall, Granville Road, Leicester LE1 7RU and our company registration number is: 6894583.
You may be providing us with personal information within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998. You consent to us processing all such information for the purposes of providing our services to you and also for the purposes of administering the relationship between you and us.

This Services described on our website are solely for use by UK based financial services professionals regulated by the FSA and they are not available to private individuals. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are confirming that you are a UK based financial services professional and that you / your employer is regulated by the FSA in the UK. You also confirm that you are authorised by your employer to use our website and our Services and to agree these Terms and Conditions on your employer’s behalf.
If you are not authorised by your employer to use our website and our Service(s) and to agree these Terms and Conditions on your employers’ behalf then you shall be personally liable for the loss incurred by us resulting from your unauthorised access to our Service(s) in breach of the Terms and Conditions.

You may use, print and store multi-manager reports and make copies of them available to shareholders and unit holders of, and prospects for, your own multi-manager portfolios or multi-manager portfolios for which you act as sub-advisor. You will expressly not make copies available of reports on multi-manager portfolios for which you are not the fund manager or sub-advisor, to any third party; including, but not limited to, your clients, your prospects and, the shareholders and unit holders in your own company’s funds.
To the extent that copies of reports on multi-manager portfolios for which you are the fund manager or sub-advisor are made available (as above), you agree that they will only be made available on the condition that the copies are used for your clients’ own business purposes and not for retransmission, redistribution or publication by your clients. You also agree that you will not receive payment for any copies of the reports that you provide to your clients.
You will not store or download all or any part of the information contained in the Service for it to be accessed by a third party or enable any information contained in the Service to be held in a third party service or application.
You are not permitted to redistribute multi-manager reports over the Internet, other than by email. When you redistribute multi-manager reports either in hard copy format, or by email, you will provide the recipient with the full, unaltered report, including trademarks and disclaimers. You are expressly forbidden to draft or create any summaries or derivation of the full multi-manager reports since this will not provide the reader with our full and subjective opinion.
You will not reproduce, display, disseminate, sell, publish or circulate information contained on this website without the express written consent of Scopic Research Limited. You will not draft or create any summaries or derivation of the materials held on this website for commercial purposes.
You will not collect information from our website and/or the Services we offer and incorporate them into your own database or products.
